In an interview with CBS' "Face the Nation," the South Carolina Republican says he is "not worried about" communication between the Trump campaign and Russia during the transition period after the election.
He said investigators have found one person who would know if it exists, referring to former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
Flynn pleaded guilty last Friday that he lied to the FBI about his communications with Russia's ambassador during the Trump campaign transition period.
