Brevard Schools- a Good & Bad Day

THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL?

We’ll focus on education issues as we begin our day and wrap up talking state and national political issues with State Representative Randy Fine at 7am and former Florida Senate President Mike Haridopolos at 8am.  As we begin, Brevard Schools and Sheriff Ivey had major announcements yesterday afternoon as one school employee has been arrested for embezzlement from accounts at Eau Gallie High School and no one is facing charges over the EDR software deal.  The legislature is looking at stiffer penalties for illegal immigrants, religious liberty measures and the battle over Visit Florida has a new, if less than well versed, combatant.  The tourism industry looks foolish as it tries to take on the legislature in the fight for money that would be spent on them.
