There seems to be some mixed messaging coming out of Iran. In a place where it can be dangerous to be on the other side of religious leadership, it’s happening.
In DC the Senate parliamentarian is taking some heat for what she says can’t be in the Big Beautiful Bill, but one writer says to slow down, this is a strike, not an out. I hope the Senate sees it that way. The president told Canada last week that the trade talks are off. Canada reacted. It caved, dropping a digital services tax that was the point of contention and the talks are back on.
The Supreme Court created a frenzy with its decision dump on Friday. District court injunctions, birthright citizenship, parental rights and some skepticism over one justice’s thought process were all part of the release.
