Judge Terry Lewis issued his ruling on Friday and ordered that the legislature redraw those two congressional districts by the 15th of this month.  The legislature is now scrambling.  It serves them right.  As most of them are in a campaign to keep their jobs, they must suspend fundraising and campaigning and head to Tallahassee to redo a process they illegally tried to manipulate.  The local nut jobs are coming out in this election season.  Frivolous complaints about long standing polling places will go nowhere, but they serve to detract from the great job done in Brevard elections.  The Brevard Cultural Alliance will claim a win in a county attorney opinion on their funding, but a closer look says something different.  D-2 County Commission candidate Chuck Sheridan is with us at 8am.  The post show video interview will be live on line and can be found on the Brevard Political page
