I"LL USE YOUR KIDS, LEAVE MY KIDS OUT OF IT
Florida Today’s Matt Reed is with us at 8 this morning. He talked with School Board Chair Barbara Murray. It’s largely more of the same, but there are some interesting admissions in the column. School security costs are being kicked around in Tallahassee. Sadly, it appears there is not a lot of common sense in the discussion. Florida’s representatives in Washington reacted to the president’s gun control proposals. Here are the “executive actions” proposed by the president. Firearms manufacturers and retailers are experiencing an economic recovery (inadvertent, I am sure) as a result of the president’s anti0gun agenda. The White House jabs the NRA over mentioning the president’s daughters in their ad while the president used victims and scared children in his push for more gun control.
