Republicans Head To Polls For GOP Presidential Preference Primary

Turnout expected to be low as Republicans head to the polls from seven o'clock this morning until seven tonight for the Florida presidential primary. University of Florida's Dr. Gil Carter says with former President Donald Trump already clinching the nomination, this may be a chance for him to try and sway undecided members of the GOP. There are some other names appearing on the ballot, but Trump is the only active candidate. Only registered Republican voters can vote in the primary since Florida is a closed state. There will be no Democratic presidential primary in Florida this year.
