Opening America- governments battle each other

It’s a WIDE OPEN WEDNESDAY.We’re open to talking about anything today, so what’s it to be?I thought I’d throw a couple of fun issues on the table to start it off.The first: how old is old?I know my perception has changed as I age.And in a story we’ll call dodging the bullet, just who won’t date whom and why?

It looks like a battle between governments at different levels is being staged.Feds are watching the States.States are watching the Locals and everyone has an idea about how we reopen the country. Some of this is downright nasty, or could get that way.

Brevard Schools is taking a look at funding after the coronavirus is past us.The funding for schools is dependent on many factors and if the student numbers are down, or state funding is reduced, the board and administration could be struggling to maintain operation as usual.

We also have a stack of stories we’ve been holding to address/.We’ll see if we have time for any of them as your guide us thought this WIDE OPEN WEDNESDAY.

MEME of the Day:

The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.
